CamScan 300 LD for effective camshaft inspection
CamScan 300 LD stand reduces the operator influence to the Barkhausen Noise measurements on OD-surfaces of camshaft lobes. Sensor positioning on the surface to be measured is made easy and accurate with positioning pieces (combs) made according to the camshaft types. Install the correct comb to the stand, and you can move the sensor from lobe to another fast and more carefree. Spring loaded sensor construction prevents the sensor from getting damaged. The camshaft is rotated by a motor, and the rotation speed is adjustable to your needs. Rotation can be started and stopped automatically by moving the sensor out of and back to the home position, or manually with the buttons on the control panel. By adding the ViewScan program to the system, the results can be viewed, documented and saved for future use.
